Florida, along with Georgia is expecting Tropical Storm Fay to hit for a third time, making it the fourth storm in history to hit Florida, ranked at a tropical storm, three different times. It does not appear that the storm will strengthen into a hurricane.

Fay dropped rain on Florida earlier this week, flooding numerous areas, specifically in the counties of Brevard and St. Lucie. Hundreds of residents have been trapped due to flooding. Alligators and numerous other animals have also been spotted in neighborhoods, due to the flooding.

25 inches of rain has already fallen in some areas, and other areas should expect up to 30 inches of rain.

Thousands of homes and businesses are without power. And many schools, businesses, and the local government are closed in Jacksonville, Fl.
